Valid discount codes can be entered at checkout. Only one discount code can be used per order. Please note that discount codes must be entered at the time of purchase, and cannot be applied to orders retroactively.
When you subscribe to our newsletter or place an order, automated emails are sent to the email address that is entered on our website. If you did not receive these emails, please check your spam / promotion folder and add email@example.com to your address book.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Yoisho! House you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)
Please let us know via our contact form or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order number and reason for the return, to begin the return process!
Unprompted returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. You must contact us first before sending your item(s) back.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days and you will be notified of your refund via email.
* Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process refunds.
Yes! If an item you order from YoishoHouse.com.au goes on sale on Yoisho! House within 10 days of your original purchase, just contact us anytime during that 10 day time frame and we’ll be happy to refund the difference to your original method of payment.
You can write a product review with just 2 easy steps:
1. On any product page, scroll down and past the "More from this collection" section, on the right hand side, you will see a button titled ‘Write a review’.
2. Once you click on that button you will see an a text box and a rating section, please fill in as much information as you’d like. Then, click on the blue ‘Post’ button.
Use our online search tool on the top left hand corner to locate the product. Simply enter all or part of the product name in the search field on our homepage and hit search.
Log in to your account by clicking on the LOGIN tab located in the top left hand corner of any page's navigation bar.

3. You will now be logged into your account
4. Click on the "View Addresses" button
5. Update your new information
6. Click on the "Update Address" button
If you forget your password, we can email it to your account's email address. If you would like to do that now, please follow the instructions below:
1. Click on LOGIN located in the top navigation bar
2. Directly under the password field is a link that says "Forgot your password?". You will be taken to the password screen, where you will be prompted to enter in your email address
3. Type your email address and click the "Submit"

You do not need to make an account to order from Yoisho! House. However, having an account will give you the option to modify / cancel your order prior to the order being processed.
If you have an account at Yoisho! House, you can modify / cancel your order prior to the order being shipped out by login in and click on the "Edit order" button on your account page. You can sign up for an account by clicking here.
If you do not have an account, please contact us with the order number and we'll be happy to edit the order for you.

Yoisho! House is proud to accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal as a major form of payment. We do not accept cash, cheques or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.)
When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipment tracking number and a link to the shipping company website. If you have any issues with this, please contact us and we can assist you.
To use the coupon code you have to enter it into the checkout of your order. After you have finished shopping, click on your shopping bag. Underneath the items added is a "Discount" input. Enter your Coupon Code into this section and Click Apply. The discount will then be applied to your order and can be finished as usual.

Our website contains a feature that removes out-of-stock items from the online store, but occasionally an item sells out within the minute you may order. If an item on your order is sold out, we will still ship the available merchandise, and include an explanation in your package about any excluded items.
Our friendly staff will do everything they can to accommodate your needs, but popular items are commonly known to sell out quickly.

Yes! And please note: If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.
The first thing to do is contact the carrier your order was sent with and quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your confirmation email. If your items are unable to be located by the carrier, we will lodge an enquiry from our end.

If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact us straight away and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also arrange or reimburse for return postage of the incorrect item.
Yes! We can deliver to your place of work. Please ensure to include the Business Name in the shipping of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily.
